Ordering

If you manage to contact us before your order has been processed, we may be able to change items on your order. If this time has passed, we may suggest cancelling your order and creating a new one.

Yes! We will email you to confirm your order has been placed. Some times for international orders, you order may have been placed but payment not yet taken. You will be notified separately once the payment has also been processed.

Delivery

For UK customers, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 working days. If you choose Next-Day delivery, you will receive it on the next working day if ordered before 2pm.

For international customers, delivery times vary depending on your country. 3-5 working days for Standard and 1-3 working days for Express.

Yes! You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

International

We ship worldwide to over 160 countries via DHL.

Please note, due to restrictions with our third-party international carrier, we are unable to ship to a select few countries. Please contact us for more information.

We make shopping from outside of the UK as easy and transparent as possible.

Shipping costs are always paid at checkout. These may be free depending on your order value.

In the vast majority of cases, we calculate duties and import taxes at checkout. For some countries, this is covered by us, but unfortunately we cannot do this for every country.

Once you enter your delivery address into the checkout, duties and taxes will be outlined where applicable.

Sizing

All of our products feature a specific size guide in order to help you choose the correct size. Simply click the 'Size Guide' tab on the product page. Where possible, we also include the size the model is wearing and their measurements.

If you're still unsure, please contact us on our contact page or via live chat.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or sizing down for a closer fit. Some products have more specific methods for this so please check the size guide or reach out to us for more information.

Returns

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase so, if for whatever reason you are not totally satisfied, you can return your items for a full refund or exhange using the returns page. The process is slightly different for UK and international orders so please follow the relevant steps. Our returns window is 30 days from receipt of your goods, unless the goods are faulty.

Unfortunately this is not something we can do and you should contact the retail partner from where you purchased to organise this.

Warranty and Faulty Goods

All of our products are made to the highest material and manufacturing standards which is why we offer a 2 year warranty. This being said, on rare occasions faults may occur. If you believe their is a fault with your product, please reach out to our care team and we will be able to refund or exchange where appropriate. Our warranty does not cover wear and tear, or inappropriate use.
